                Automatic Candle making unit is a profitable unit now-a-days as  designed and perfumed candles are being exported  to  various other countries.

Since  long, people used to burn cotton in mud  cups  filled with  oil.  In European countries previously people used to  burn wooden sticks by dipping.  These in facts due to the shortage  of vegetable  oils.    About  25% of total population  of  India  is living  in  villages where electricity was  not  available.   But electricity  is no problem these days, so kerosene oil  lamps  or wax  candles are generally used for lighting purpose  on  special occasions.  In the night or dark room, whenever electricity fails these  candles  play  a big role in illuminating  small  and  big cities,  candles importance is also given in the encyclopedia  of Britanica.   In catholic church, candle was much preferred.   The demand  and  consumption of candle is increasing day by  day.  In every  village  and  town big & small  grocer  general  merchant, panwari,  and perry shopkeepers sell candles.  Paraffin  wax  was first  time  used in 1854.  These days also candles are  made  of paraffin wax.
