					<description><![CDATA[<p>Biodegradable disposable tableware and utensils manufactured from wood-based or plant-based raw materials, including materials that may be traditionally discarded such as sawdust, plant stalks, seed or grain hulls or the like. The process includes the use of a resin made from the discarded materials to form disposable utensils and flatware.</p>
<p>Today consumption of Disposable products is breaking records. Disposable products are easy to handle, economical and can be disposed easily. With the changing lifestyle of Mankind, the use of disposable products is raising like anything. Plastic Disposable products are very popular because it can be carried easily and very low in prices too.</p>
<p>The products include food containers and tableware – like plates, bowls, meal trays and cups – which decompose within 30-60 days after being discarded. The company sources processed bagasse from other organizations. This material is then moulded, dried, heated, and given other final touches. Heat-induced pressing during the manufacturing process gives structural strength to the cutlery. Additionally, the inter-fibre bonding makes the products water and oil resistant. It is a completely natural process and involves no binders, additives, coatings or chemical residues, resulting in a nontoxic, harmless and healthy alternative to plastic. The cutlery also does not impart colour, odour or taste to food. The products are microwave-safe and have an estimated shelf life of two years. Users cannot wash the tableware or containers after use; they have to be discarded.</p>
<p>This is 100% biodegradable &#38; compostable tableware, which is widely used in various functions ,restaurants , festivals as ECO FRIENDLY single time (Use &#38; throw) crockery , it’s produce by Plant extract or residue like Sugarcane Bagasse (SCB) etc., which is Proven Environment friendly 100% Biodegradable and Compostable and not harmful for food, human , soil and Nature. This is becoming more popular due to environment awareness, climate change &#38; NGT/State govt. bans on recyclable plastics. This can be use in microwave and refrigerator also.</p>

<p>Disposable products are made of various materials such as dry leaves, pulp, papers and plastic etc.</p>
<p>Thermoformed fiber is a material made by forming paper fibers or other natural fiber in a mold. The end product can be made into almost any shape for any type of solution. In the process of making thermoformed fiber, the product begins with a process similar to transfer molding. During the process of thermoforming fiber, the product is transferred to a set of heated metal molds that dry the fiber under intense pressure and heat, making an extra drying process unnecessary. The process of thermoforming the pulped fiber delivers parts that have a smooth finish on both sides of the thin and dense walls of the product. There are many advantages to having a thermoformed fiber product with smooth walls. They include: reduced freight and storage costs and the ability to use mechanical denesting. The use of thermoformed fiber is very desirable when visual appearance is preferred.</p>

<p>The process of pulp thermoforming is employed to develop sturdy and smooth packaging. This type of packaging can be used in various industrial and commercial uses. Thermoformed pulp is a desirable alternative to petroleum-based products. American Fiber Packaging has invested in the latest equipment technology and has developed a process to manufacture high-quality thermoformed fiber solutions. Through this process we are able to deliver environmentally responsible products to our customers.</p>
<p>Thermoformed molded fiber products can be customized to specifications and can include clamshells, trays, inserts, and many other types of packaging. Thermoformed pulp is a great alternative to petroleum-based foam products like expanded polystyrene (EPS) for protecting and positioning products inside packaging.</p>
<p>Range &#38; Variety</p>
<p>The present project report is fully based on biodegradable cups and plates from Sugarcane bagasse, wood pulp. These products have got good demand in throughout the country. The project many be setup in small scale sector. All the required plant &#38; equipments and Raw materials are easily available in India.</p>
<p>The plastic industry in India plays a very important and key role in Industrialization. Wide spectrums of plastics and articles manufactured by the industry have touched the life of every Indian in many ways through consumer plastics. Now we have entered into another era of plastic consumer goods continuously replacing the traditional items. The items cover from furniture to medical sciences from lutchen equipment to daily use articles.</p>
<p>Biodegradable cups and plates from Sugarcane bagasse, wood pulp or bamboo pulp are used in daily life now a day. In addition to be used at home these are largely used during at hournies, parties and other functions.</p>
<p>The use of disposable items is increasing day by day because of better hygienic conditions, low cost, easy usability and impressive appearance.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>The sugarcane bagasse is the main residue product of the Indian agricultural industry. Sugarcane bagasse pulp is considered a fine raw material for manufacturing paper and sustainable tableware products. The bagasse is a fibrous waste left after the juice is squeezed out from the sugarcane by pressing it.</p>
<p>Generally, sugarcane bagasse is yellowish-gray to lemon-colored consisting of lignin and cellulose fibers. Sugarcane bagasse is a mixture of hard fibers and soft parenchyma i.e. bagasse pith. Bagasse is rich in cellulose content. The chemical composition of sugarcane bagasse is majorly 50% cellulose, about 25% hemicelluloses and about 25% lignin.</p>
<p>Bagasse is the by-product of the sugar industry and is also one kind of papermaking fiber material. As the foundation of paper and pulp industry, fiber materials include wood fiber and straw fiber. Except for the sugarcane bagasse, there are some other materials like wheat straw, reed, bamboo and kenaf etc.</p>
<p>Among all kinds of fiber materials, bagasse is low-cost and inexhaustible to make paper pulp. The bleached bagasse pulp can be mixed to certain quantity of macro fiber and used to manufacture various high-grade cultural paper and living paper, such as body stock paper, copy paper, two-side offset paper, sanitary tissue, napkin and etc. With the proper manufacturing process, the bagasse pulp also can be applied to make coated art base paper or newspaper.</p>
<p>Sugarcane is annual rhizomatous plant; the average length of fiber is usually 1047-3.04 mm. After squeezing, the length of bagasse fiber is similar to the hardwood fiber is 1.0-2.34 mm. Bagasse pith is a parenchyma cell, it reduces the opacity and strength of paper and increase the chemicals consumption and difficulty of manufacture. So the depithing is important for bagasse pulping.</p>
<p>Sugarcane bagasse belongs to the straw fiber, is easy to cook or bleach and requires fewer chemicals consumption. Because silicon content of bagasse is lower than other straw fibers, which decide the bagasse pulp process or equipment is more mature and easy.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Bagasse is the name for the residual fibers that remain after the squeezing of sugarcanes at the sugar production. Usually, they consist of 40 – 60% cellulose, 20 – 30% hemicellulose, and about 20% lignin. Bagasse is primarily found in countries that produce a particularly high amount of sugar, for instance Brazil, Vietnam, China or Thailand. Even though bagasse is a so-called by-product, many people see it as a waste product because in the past, bagasse was mainly used as a fuel for the production plants. Even today, a part of the bagasse is still used for the factories’ ovens. But since humans have started to recycle materials, bagasse’s value was also increased. Nowadays, it is used for the production of building materials, packaging materials, and disposable tableware. The paper industry has also started to replace wood fibers with sugarcane fibers to produce napkins, toilet paper and cardboards.</p>
<p>Bamboos are a group of woody perennial evergreen plants in the true grass family Poaceae, subfamily Bambusoideae, tribe Bambuseae. Some of its members are giants, forming by far the largest members of the grass family. Younger tips of some of the larger species can grow over 1 meter per day. Bamboo pulp means moist, slightly cohering mass, consisting of soft, undissolved animal or vegetable matter. Pulp made from wood, used especially to make paper.</p>
<p>Bamboo is botanically classified as a grass and for pulping purposes it is regarded as an annual plant. Bamboo pulp is very similar to softwood in terms of fiber length and strength. However, pulping conditions are also very similar to eucalyptus. Hence, bamboo can be pulped together with hardwood. Mixed cooking provides stronger pulp than hardwood pulped separately and later mixed with bamboo. Bamboo can also be cooked with acacia.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Biodegradable disposable flatware and utensils manufactured from wood-based or plant-based raw materials, including materials that may be traditionally discarded such as sawdust, plant stalks, seed or grain hulls or the like. The process includes the use of a resin made from the discarded materials to form disposable utensils and flatware.</p>
<p>Today consumption of Disposable products is breaking records. Disposable products are easy to handle, economical and can be disposed easily. With the changing lifestyle of Mankind, the use of disposable products is raising like anything. Plastic Disposable products are very popular because it can be carried easily and very low in prices too.</p>
<p>The products include food containers and tableware – like plates, bowls, meal trays and cups – which decompose within 30-60 days after being discarded. The company sources processed bagasse from other organizations. This material is then moulded, dried, heated, and given other final touches. Heat-induced pressing during the manufacturing process gives structural strength to the cutlery. Additionally, the inter-fibre bonding makes the products water and oil resistant. It is a completely natural process and involves no binders, additives, coatings or chemical residues, resulting in a nontoxic, harmless and healthy alternative to plastic. The cutlery also does not impart colour, odour or taste to food. The products are microwave-safe and have an estimated shelf life of two years. Users cannot wash the tableware or containers after use; they have to be discarded.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">  Fiberboard is a low-density insulation board used for housing, roofing, and office furnishings. Hardboard is similar to fiberboard, except that hardboard is more dense than fiberboard. Hardboard is used for applications in housing (e.g., exterior siding, garage doors, and interior door facings), furniture, store fixtures, automotive interiors, and toys. The most frequently used raw material for production of fiberboard products is wood chips which are first softened in a pressurized steam vessel (digester) and then refined or pulped into wood fibers. The fibers may then be mixed with resin, formed into mats, and pressed and/or dried to form panel products. Other materials may be added during manufacture to improve certain properties such as stiffness, hardness, finishing properties, resistance to abrasion and moisture, as well as to increase strength, durability and utility.</p>
<p>Hardboard/fiberboard manufacturing falls under the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 2493, for “Reconstituted Wood Products”, which also includes oriented strand board, medium density fiberboard, and particleboard. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for hardboard/fiberboard is 321219, for “Reconstituted Wood Product Manufacturing”.</p>
<p>There are three basic grades or qualities of hard board: Utility, standard and tempered or treated grade. The utility grade is lower in density, strength and other properties than the others; hence it is used where requirements and exposures are not severe.  The standard grade is the quality in greatest demand for general  use.  The tempered or treated grade is treated with oil blends or similar compounds after pressing to make it stronger and more water resistant; it, is used where requirements are most exacting.  The choice of board for a particular application is a matter of  balancing  costs against the  requirements  for  use.  Practice varies from area to area.  For example, standard quality hardboard  is  sufficiently durable for nearly  all  interior  or exterior  purposes, particularly protected with a paint or  other film,  but tempered quality hardboard may be required in  certain areas because the tempered board changes dimensions less  rapidly with  changes  in relative humidity or upon  occarional  wetting. Changes  in dimension may produce objectionable buckling  if  the hardboard  is rightly confined at the edges.</p>
