Two main parts of  an egg  the egg yolk and the egg white are pasteurized  before  they are sent for drying. Egg whites are very much known to carry lots of  sugar  which  is also known as glucose with  which  they  are fermented to remove the sugar and then the product is  evaporated under  high  temperature using the drying chambers. The  hot  air thus  evaporates and thus also removes the moisture by  producing the  egg  powder  which is then placed in  the  hot  chamber  for pasteurization. In this way and in this process the egg powder is procured.
