Canning of Seasonal Fruits, Vegitable (like Green Peas)  and Meat etc. is a very lucrative business these days. Food holds the first  position  among the basic requirements of human  beings  & every body desires the food of their choice. There are times when someone   feels  like  eating  Mangoes  in  December  or   eating vegitables  like  Green Peas and other winter  vegitables  during Rainy season and summer, but fresh products aree not available as these are seasonal crops. Especially during hottest summer period of  May. June and Rain season or July when fresh vegitables  does
