					<description><![CDATA[<p>The metal recycling industry is growing rapidly. In fact, projections show that the metal recycling market will grow from 630.0 million tons to 890.7 million tons by 2025. In other words, there’s no question that there’s a growing demand for metal recycling for various reasons. One possible reason is the ever-growing demand for urbanization and manufacturing. Another possibility is that individuals and businesses in recent years have taken eco-friendly operations seriously, and rightfully so.</p>
<p>The process of manufacturing metal from raw materials is not only labor-intensive, but it also puts unnecessary strain on the environment. Manufacturing new metal not only requires a large amount of energy use but also produces large amounts of greenhouse gases. Because of the adverse environmental impact and the substantial cost of producing new metal, more companies seek recycled metal</p>
<p>Metal recycling is simply the process of taking waste metal, processing it and creating new metal material. This recycled metal can be used to make metal products which can then be recycled once used or not needed. There are many advantages to recycling metal, including environmental benefits as well as energy savings</p>
<p>Metal recycling is the process of separating, cleaning, and melting ferrous and non-ferrous scrap to be used again as a raw material for new products. Metal is a material that can be recycled over and over again without degradation of its properties. Besides the ecological benefit of metal recycling, there is also an economic benefit. Scrap metals have a monetary value, and there is always demand high quality sorted scrap metals for recycling.</p>
<p>For optimal scrap metal recycling, scrap metal must be source-separated at your warehouse or workshop. With the right scrap metal tools, you can collect, sort, and clean all of your scrap metal.</p>
<p>Your local scrap metal dealer can collect your separated streams of scrap metal. We recommend using a scale to weigh your scrap metal beforehand. Also, inform authoritative resources for the current scrap metal prices, since scrap metal prices are constantly changing.</p>
<p>Metal recyclers will sort and process the scrap metal further and remove any impurities. After this process, heavy and bulky scrap metals are shredded with a scrap metal shredder or compacted with an alligator or scrap shear into smaller chunks. These chunks are then melted in large furnaces for each type of metal. The melting process requires much energy, but the energy required to mine virgin metals is lots higher. So, therefore, metal recycling is more energy efficient.</p>
<p>After the melting process, the metals are purified to free the product of impurities. This benefits the quality of the metal. The metal is then cooled and solidified in metal bars, ready for transportation as raw material.</p>
<p>Difference between ferrous and non-ferrous metals</p>
<p>All types of metal can be recycled. But to recycle the scrap metal, it is required to sort the ferrous metals from the non-ferrous metals at your facility. But what is the main difference between ferrous and non-ferrous metals? The main difference is that ferrous metal is magnetic and non-ferrous metals are nonmagnetic, so basically, you can identify ferrous from non-ferrous metals by using a magnet.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Metal roofing Sheets are manufactured using best grade steel and is widely applied in construction industry. Galvanized Corrugated Sheets have excellent corrosion resistance, these Sheets have become the most preferred material for various construction purposes, particularly roofing and walling. The demand for corrugated iron sheet depends mainly on the performance of its end-user (i.e. the construction sector or more specifically the building construction sector). Therefore, the demand for the products under consideration is a derived demand, which depends directly on them performance of its major end – user. The construction sector of the country has undergone tremendous changes and development in recent years. The contribution of the construction sector to the GDP during the period 2001 – 2010 have been growing at annual average growth rate of 13 percent which is above the average annual growth rate of real GDP during the period under consideration (11.4 %), indicating a rise in the share of the construction sector within the overall economy. Moreover, during the GTP period (2010 – 2015), the construction sector is expected to grow at annual average growth rate of 20%. Metal roofing sheet is used for roofing of houses and other construction. These are classified according to their thickness and surface area. Standard gauge sizes are 28, 30 and 32. It is usually manufactured 2 meters iron sheets are mostly used for roofing and fencing. Corrugation is a process of deforming plain sheets in the uniform way or zigzag shapes pattern by rolling mills across their entire width. in length and 1.2 meters in width. Corrugated. Metal roofing sheets are made of thin metal sheets, stiffened by corrugations. The corrugations, such as waves or folds, increase the strength and stiffness of the sheeting material considerably, without these waves, the sheets have limited load bearing capacity and are highly deformable. The sheets are made of mild steel, which is then galvanized to increase the resistance against corrosion and increase the durability or service life. They are widely use as the wall or roof of factory, warehouse, garage, exhibition center, cinema etc. Metal roofing sheets for defining them, these are thin plates of 18 to 26 S.W. G. rolled out in alternate equal curves/semicircular corrugations of elevation &#38; depressions or ridges and valleys by which corrugation &#38; the rigidity of the sheets is increased. The pitch, or the distance between the centers of alternate curves, varies from 3 inches to 5 inches. These sheets are principally used for light roofing purpose and for covering the sides of more less temporary structures. The corrugated galvanized iron sheets are extensively used in various fields e.g. industries sheds, dairy farm sheds, poultry farm sheds etc. for roofing purpose. In recent years, a lot of multi scale projects have taken up the Indian industry by a storm and these levels have given a larger scope for steel companies. The galvanised plain coils / sheets and corrugated sheets (GP/GC) are value - added steel products which are tough, sturdy, light weight, bright and corrosion resistant. In India these are produced in the thickness range of 0.15 mm to 2.0 mm and width range of 800 mm to 1560 mm. The function of the zinc layer is mainly three fold: To retain the steel intact with its full initial strength; to provide the surface a more pleasing appearance and to increase the life of any suitable organic finishing system applied over it. Corrugated steel sheets are frequently used for roofing and siding in buildings because the sheets are strong, lightweight and easy to erect. In many cases they are used as shear diaphragms to replace conventional bracing and to stabilize entire structures or individual members such as columns and beams.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Buses are used for transportation of people. Bus is used as the most common public transport vehicle in our country.<br />
Different State Transport Undertakings are plying their buses for commuting public from one place to another and from one State to another. Apart from these Undertakings, Private Bus Operators, travel agencies etc. are also operating buses on permit basis. With rapid changes in the society, now a day it has become necessary to provide good and efficient service to the public. Also with the rapid industrialization, public is moving very frequently from one place to another using public transport. Since more and more development in the coming years, it is expected that demand of public transport, private transport and luxury transport in the form of buses will increase in the coming years.</p>
