Honeycomb is a packaging material consisting of Kraft paper formed into continuous uniform hexagonal cell. It is then glued with facing materials to form a rigid board. The lightweight and flexible design possibilities of honeycomb made the product an environmentally friendly and competitive alternative product. Due to its manifold benefits, Honeycomb paper pallets has gained wide acceptance in Japan, China, Korea, United States, Saudi Arabia, Middle East and Europe. Honeycomb Paper Pallets can be also called paper tray. It is made of LHP and mainly used for loading products and speeding up loading and unloading, especially for one-off pallet for loading export products. Honeycomb Paper Pallet is made of LHPs and mainly used as a substitute for non-returnable export wooden pallets. Honeycomb paper pallet is capable of bearing 2000kg weight per square meter. There are 41 different standard sizes to meet customers’ requirements just in time. It can be customized as well. Its distinctive characteristics include strong, lightweight, better outlooks, 100% recyclable, do not need to fumigate and in compliance with ISO 14000. for instance, a standard size pallet (1200mm X 1000mm X 130m) is only 4kg without corner protectors and 6-8kg with corner protectors.

Carpets are often made in pile construction. Tufting is one of the primary methods of construction carpets.

In addition to tufting, several other major types of pile carpet construction are available. The names of the process used for weaving carpets are of Wilton, Velvel weave, Chenille type and Tufted carpets. In addition to the above methods of construction carpets can be made by knitting, needle punching and flocking. Designing can be added to carpets by printing as well as by wearing. Basically its cotton yarn in used in the manufacture of course products like Durries, Niwars, Beltings and blended materials with other yarns. The coarse yarn which is usually manufactured from cotton waste such as sweepings and fly waste etc. are particularly used in carpet wept yarn. In India cotton has had a pride of place among cash crops from the earliest times. At present the area under cotton crop is over 8 million hectares. In report of the acreage
India occupies the foremost position among the cotton growing countries. As regards the production however it has the third place the first two being taken by the USA and Russia Besides cotton textiles are manufactured by handlooms, powerlooms and composite mills. Some of the large textile units also operate waste spinning plant for manufacture of the coarser yarn. But major portion of this yarn is manufactured by Small Scale Waste spinning units which are usually located near the mills producing yarn (cotton) or fabrics. Otherwise it can be installed anywhere in India as transportation is not alarming problem these days and hardly comes on the way to manufacture this product. This product also carries very handsome returns.

Stone paper is a shortened form of environmentally friendly inorganic powder rock paper, the name in the paper industry called "synthetic paper". It's a kind of variety processing paper. As the main raw material of calcium carbonate from the earth's most abundant mineral resources combining with polymer materials and various inorganic materials for the auxiliary, stone paper is made by the world's leading advanced technologies which solve the traditional paper-making harm to the environment pollution problems, but also solve the white pollution and plenty waste of oil problems.

Inorganic Powder Environmental Protection Stone Paper (hereinafter referred to as Stone Paper) is made by huge storage and wide distribution of limestone mineral resources for main raw material (calcium carbonate content for 70 ~ 80%), combining with the high polymer material of raw materials (content is 20 to 30%), using polymer interface chemical principle and the characteristics of the polymer modification, under treatment of a special technology through the polymer extrusion and blow workmanship. Stone paper not only own the same writing and printing characters of plant fiber paper, but also has the core characters of plastic packing materials.

Using 85% 1500-2500 meshes super fine powder of calcium carbonate from limestone combining with 15% additive making into master batch convert into paper or bags through extrusion blown film equipment.

Stone paper (also known as rock paper, paper from waste marble, mineral paper, or rich mineral paper) is a paper-like product manufactured from calcium carbonate bonded with high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It is used for stationery, leaflets, posters, books, magazines, bags, packaging, wallpaper, adhesives, tags, in-mould labels, plates, trays, containers and many other uses.

The process for creating stone paper was first developed by the Lung Meng Tech Co. of Taiwan during the late 1990s. Stone paper has been patented in over 40 countries, where it is marketed under a variety of trade names such as MIST™ Paper, Parax Paper™, Terraskin™, ViaStone™, Kampier™, EmanaGreen™ and Rockstock™, Pixz Printing™.

Stone Paper is nicknamed as Shiliao Paper (Shiliao is a Chinese term and it means the paper made from the stone). The raw material of the Stone Paper consists of 80% limestone powder and 5% adhesives. Because no wood pulp is needed in order to make this kind of paper, no tree will be doomed to die for the production of this paper. The birth of this paper poses a new challenge to the traditional paper industry and it will establish a new era of paper making.

Because no water and no wood pulp are needed during the production of environment-friendly Stone Paper and no additions such as the bleaching powder, strong acid and alkali in the process, there are no by-products such as waste gas, waste water and waste cinders. So there is no environment pollution problem during its making process. It is a totally zero-emission technology.

Stone Paper retains the goodness of the traditional wood pulp paper and is better in safety and physical stability. It has unique features such as water proof, moisture proof, anti-fogging, anti-oil, pest control, tear-resistant, crack-resistant, corrosion resistance, fire-resistant, solid ink absorption, and clear color printing (the resolution is up to 2880clpi).

Stone Paper can be used in wide areas. It can be used as office paper, commercial paper, cultural paper, and printing paper. It can also be used in industrial packaging. Besides, it can be used as special purpose paper such as fieldwork paper, underwater operations paper, underground mining operations paper, or other military special-used paper. It can be used wherever wood pulp paper is used. With the newly developed SPC stone granule technology which can replace many plastic products, the application area of stone paper is further expanded. The newly developed SPC stone granule technology has great energy-efficiency significance considering the increasingly strained oil resource in the world.

The recovery of waste paper is traditional in the paper and paper board manufacturing industry. The importance of utilisation of waste paper in the paper and board industry should not be under estimated. It furnishes about 30 per cent of all the fiberous raw materials consumed in the paper and board mills in the U.S.A. Europe and Japan.
The establishment of the local manufacture of paper board in a country after proceeds that of paper pulp. In this case, waste paper is one of the first sources of fiberous material to which resources is taken to reduce the purchase of the pulp. Waste paper in fact, a source of prepared fibre which needs only to be placed in suspention in water in order to obtain a pulp, making possible the formation of sheets of paper or paper board a very simple treatment which is within the ability of artisans.

The utilisation of waste paper supplements of a great extent the overall fibre requirements in any conuntry, every possible attempt should be made to recover waste paper for its being reconverted into paper, specially in those regions where it is difficult to get sufficient and cheap raw materials for manufacture of paper and paper boards.
It may be reasonably anticipated that the rate of recovery of waste paper will gradually increases to a maximum of 35 per cent specially in those countries which have a lower figure recovery today. Measures to increases recovery of waste paper such as propoganda on the value of waste paper etc. though the establishment of waste paper association are very essential and timely section should be initiated to save the fibrous material from decay or destruction.
Paper manufacturing industry in India has limited fibrous raw material resources and will not be able to give up its reliance on waste paper supply as cheap raw material. It will rather increasing its dependence on waste paper increasing. There is no doubt that special appeals will also increase salvage of waste paper.

Laminated/Coated paper was first developed commercially owing to demand for better printing results.
It has been used for many years and is being used satisfactorily in certain grades of paper.
Under coated paper comes art paper. The other varieties of coated paper which the mill can produce without incurring any additional investment are chrom paper, art, card etc. These types of papers can be either coloured or white. The base material is generally white paper. The base material is coated with certain chemicals and plastic resin mix to impart certain. Characteristics desired by the various end-users. Art paper is coated on both sides, making it possible to print it either side. whereas chromo paper is coated on one side only. Both of these papers fall under the category of friction glazed paper.

The materials obtained from the union of paper and synthetic resins have been produced commercially for a long time but they received special emphasis during and immediately after world war II. These familiar products include resin coated and saturated papers both functional and decorative, for packing and decorative uses and the resin saturated papers which are later converted into and utilized as synthetic leathers. In these applications, the resin constitutes a large percentage of the finished sheet and the over all properties more or less approach those of resious component. Another type of paper resin combination is produced for enhancing or altering some fundamental property of the sheet itself in such a manner that the finished product retains the general characteristics of the paper from which it was produced. Examples of such products are the wet strength and scuff resistant papers treated printed and blue print papers and some grease proof papers.

There are two major types of paper resin combination products. In the fist type the resin is distributed uniformly through the sheet and each individual fiber is coated and/or impregnated with the resin. The resin may be in the form of a latex dispersion as discrete particles. The treated or impregnated papers belong to this class. The second class contains the coated or surface treated sheets with the resin distributed in a layer on one or both of the surfaces of the sheet. Laminated paper also fall in the class. Lamination of paperware is done with thermosetting resins. The thermosetting resins are transformed by heat into an infusible solids and this reaction can be accelerated by the use of certain catalysts.
