					<description><![CDATA[<p>The automotive vehicles are increasing rapidly due to increasing motorization and industrialization which definitely leads to generation of tyre waste globally. Billions of waste tyres are available in all over the world. We can’t burn or landfill them due to pollution problems. Disposal of tyre waste is becoming an environmental challenge in many developing countries like India due to its non-biodegradability. Now a day, the developed techniques like pyrolysis process could be used to produce fuel oil from tyre waste to substitute the conventional energy resources/ fossil fuel.</p>
<p>PROBLEMS WITH WASTE TYRES</p>
<p>The main problems with Tyre waste are as follows:</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>The sponge rubber balls are necessary to maintain the inner side of condenser and heat exchanger tubes clean in power plants and process industries. Any kind of deposition inside the tube reduces the heat-exchange coefficient drastically. The sponge rubber balls can clean all the deposits on the inner side of the tube, and ensure that the equipment runs efficiently. Our Sponge Balls are sold to Power Plants, Various types of industries and for HVAC condenser tube cleaning applications.</p>
<p>Automatic cleaning of heat exchangers and condensers tubes by means of sponge balls is well known since the early fifties, with expanding application from steam power plants to process industry to industrial cooling and air conditioning systems. Main benefits bottom-lined in cost savings are generally considered as: elimination of maintenance down-time and need for chemical and more efficient operation of process and plant.</p>
<p>The sponge rubber balls are necessary to maintain the inner side of condenser and heat exchanger tubes clean in power plants and process industries. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>Rubber Roller is a rubber or an elastic material covering the core of metal or other material. Rice Dehusking Rubber Roll are precisely made and fitted with the fresh CI drums and aluminium drums. These rolls are specifically used for dehusking of raw rice. Due to the use of these rolls, raw rice get perfectly polished and whiten.</p>
<p>Rice (Oryza sativa L.) has been the staple food for more than half of the humanity in the world or two-third of the World’s population. Rice is the seed or kernel of paddy, which is covered by two different layers, namely- bran (inner layer) and husk (outer layer). Literally, paddy becomes rice only when the two layers are removed properly through different milling processes. In the first step, brown rice is extracted by removing hull/husk from the paddy, which contains bran layer still intact around the kernel. In the second step, the bran layer is removed by polishing machine that rubs the grains together under pressure, and the output is the polished white kernel or fine rice, which is ready for cooking. The former process is known as hulling and the latter is known as milling of paddy. But, in short, it is the conversion ratio from paddy to rice, or one can term it as hulling and milling ratio. Therefore, the two terms-1) hulling and milling ratio; 2) conversion ratio, will be used interchangeably throughout this paper.</p>
<p>In term of production, India has become the second largest producer of rice in the world (21 per cent of global rice production), next to China. As on 2009, rough total production of paddy was 14, 8260 thousand MT in the country, but, as estimated by USDA, it was 13, 2013 thousand MT. On the demand side, India’s domestic consumption was, on an average, 95% of what it produced and was still the third largest exporter of rice, after Thailand and Vietnam, with about 20% of the world’s total rice exports in 2006-07. In the recent years, with the growth of population, more pressure on the arable land has been made and this in turn, the need for higher productivity of crops was felt in the country. At the same time, large quantity of foodgrain was reported to be lost due to inefficient milling processes in the country. Therefore, it calls for a better processing technique of rice to prevent processing loss.</p>
<p>Generally, rice kernels are often susceptible to breakage due to inefficient milling processes. Therefore, more efficient milling processes are highly recommended for better recovery ratio and quality rice kernel production. It is also identified as one of the most important remedies for preventing post-harvest loss and an issue that is widely recognized around the world.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Actually Hose is a super pier and is used where rigid pipe can not go in practice. The Hoses are very popular, because these are the most convenient and flexible means for transportation of fluides, hoses and steam even at high pressure. All their property of Inertness to most of materials which are conveyed keeping the physical and chemical property same. The variety of hoses made is very large, since hose is specially made for such applications. A practical list of type include air, acid, beverage, chemical creamery, water spray paint, gas Hose pipe.</p>
<p>Hoses, in fact are used for the transportation of fluid where pressure is present at high rate. Generally at low pressure rubber tubing is used. Gouses have wide range of applications. As stated earlier, special type of hose is suitable for each application some of these are listed below:-</p>

<p>Another simple type of hose is produced on Barding or weaving cards or threads into tube or sewing strips of cotton duck into a tubular form. When the plain rubber tube and the plain fabric tube are combined and reinforced by metal we have making of an endless assessment of modern rubber Hose. In the typical industrial Hose, the inside tube is a simple extruded part which is covered by one or several reinforcing layers of woven fabric or by cards braided then to cover a rubber compound designed to resist wear and rough handling, is placed over the reinforcing plies. The tube reinforcing layers and cover are vulcanized into a single structure. Hose makers produce the products for specific types of service by varying the nature of number of reinforcing plies and also by adding further element - such as wire coiled around the inside or outside of the Hose or braided or woven into reinforcing layers.</p>

<p>School shoes are used for protecting the children foot from injuries due to stones nails, broken glass pieces infection from dust diet, mud, water and to feel conform during different climatic condition.</p>
<p>Children shoes in particular are very important in order to save the foot. School shoes are very common part of school uniform introduced by many Government and Public School.</p>
<p>Canvas shoes are used as footwear by all groups of people. It  is made of thick cloth and sole of soft rubber sheets.  Large number  of  variations  in  quality  of  canvas  sheet  and  sole materials  are  used for different purposes  and  selling  price. 					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Conveyor belts are used for conveying various items such as coal, ash, ore, grain, sand, packed goods and other industrial inputs and outputs. They are used in elevators also employed for lifting the passengers at railway stations and airport etc. Conveyor beltings are produced in long lengths, are wide and sun at slow speeds over large rollers.</p>
<p>The rubber conveyor belt is usually manufactured by laminating a number of plies of a rubberized textile reinforcement, and consolidating and vulcanizing them in a special press or rotary curing machine.</p>
<p>The natural rubber with its excellent building tack has two wide use for the manufacturing of beltings of every specifications and kinds for ply construction and cover where SBP is also used.</p>
<p>Regarding the other rubbers for making belts. Such as butyl rubber has good resistance to ozone abrosion and vegetable oils but ply adhesion is poor due to moisture held in fabric cannot reedily escape. Nitrile and neoprene rubbers can be used in the cover compounds in the specific purpose belts.</p>
<p>Rubber conveyor belting essentially consists of various fabrics like all cotton, cotton/nylon, rayon/nylon, all synthetic etc. with a cover of various rubber grades like oil resistant, flame resistant etc. The design of conveyor belt cover compound is most important in determining the service life of the belt in any particular application. Heat and flex-cracking resistance being the essential requirements of conveyor belts in service, different types of anti-oxidants are used for heavy, medium and light duty belts.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Tyre cord fabric is a new type of industrial fabric made using high tenacity synthetic yarn cord in the warp and has negligible density of weft just to hold this warps together. Tyre cord fabric provide the tyre its fundamental properties such as shape, load carrying capacity, abrasion resistance etc.</p>
<p>Earlier polyester tyre cords were popular but were gradually replacing by nylon tyre cord fabric. Nylon cord provides reinforcement for all types of tyres.</p>
<p>Nylon tyre cord (NTC) is made from high tenacity continuous filament yarn by twisting and plying . The major criteria for acceptance of any material in tyre are its tensile, strength dimensional stability, thermal stability hysteresis and adhesion.</p>
<p>However, with the emergence of redial tyres even nylon tyre cord fabric face  only modest prospects in the coming future, Polyester tyre cord is used to a very small extent and the bulk of it is imported rather than produced domestically.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Tyres and tubes, the strategic rubber products and basic supplements to the automotive vehicles are of most importance to the country's economy. The tyre industry sector is providing direct empolyment to over 40,000 people and indirect empolyment to lakhs of people. This industry sector is now being considered as a core industry sector.</p>
<p>The manufacturing of automobile tyres as an essential ancillary for the development of automobile sector came into being in India during 1930's when the Dunlop India Ltd, the first tyre manufacturing transnational company started its operation in 1935 at Sahaganj in West Bengal.</p>
<p>Today, one cannot imagine a world without automobiles even though India has a large network of railway lines, considering the vastnes of the country and the thrust given for balanced development, road transport would have decisine role to play in the coming years. Vehicle would become more and more part of  not only the commercial like but even the personal like.</p>
<p>The Indian tyre and tube industry has been continuously in the process of up gradation of product quality to satisfy the requirements of Indian automotive manufactures, users of automobiles and the road conditions prevailing in the country. Various developments have taken place in design of tyres especially for passenger cars, light trucks, trucks and buses involving tyre construction, strength, sizes, tread design, rubber compounding etc. The pace of development of tyres in the country has also been hastened by the requirements of new passenger car and light truck manufactures and for export, which require higher accuracies, better uniformity longer life etc.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Latex based adhesives are of special importance for cementing porous surfaces due to their ability to wet such surfaces. On the other angle the porosity allows the latex adhesive to dry out thus producing a strong coherent film.<br />
Sodium silicate, glue, albumen gums and starch etc. are compatible with natural latex and exert a stabilizing action. The latex rubber in the adhesive film imparts flexibility and strength and protects and bond against dynamic fatigue.<br />
Latex based adhesives contain a rubber latex, adhesion modifiers, plasticizers, curatives, fillers such as whiting and kaolin, thickness e.g. cellulose derivatives and other additives e.g. antioxidants, surfactants antifoams (Octyl alcohol, silicons), antifreeze, stabilizers corrosion inhibitor colourants, deodorants and reodorants etc.<br />
Shoe industry, both or leather and rubber based types, utilities quite a good amount of adhesives, large number of which are based on animal glues, now-a-days various thermoplastic materials other than those based on animal glues are in use, e.g. adhesives based on PVC, polyvinyl butyl, rubber natural and synthetic, methyl cellulose and celluloid etc. Water resistant casein glues are also employed for this purpose.</p>
<p>The rubber solution which are manufactured by synthetic rubber are called as "synthetic rubber adhesives". It is an important item for shoes and rubber industries in the joining of two layers or more than two rubber layers of shoe layers or shoe parts and soles. The rubber solutions have some public uses also, such as, in cycle puncture and heavy vehicle puncture fixing.</p>
<p>Rubber cement is a solution of unvulcanized (gum) rubber in a solvent, and is used as an adhesive. Ideally, it is meant to join two pieces of rubber together, which involves a chemical cohesion process. When joining two pieces of rubber, only one surface has to be coated with rubber cement since they are the same material. However, when joining paper together, both pieces need to be covered with rubber cement. When rubber cement dries, only the parts in contact with the paper remain, which holds the two pieces together. Despite this limitation, the household type of rubber cement finds wide use for applications such as mounting photographs. Unlike with white glue, the joined pieces of paper can be pulled apart without damaging either piece.</p>
<p>Adhesives are made from either natural animal or plant products or synthetic polymer. Natural adhesives are easy to apply and in general are water soluble.</p>
<p>Synthetic adhesives are divided into four chemical categories: thermoplastic, thermosetting, elastomeric, and combinations thereof. Thermoplastic adhesives, such as polyvinyl alcohol and acrylics, can be resoftened since the materials do not crosslink upon curing. They require heat or a solvent to create a bond.</p>
<p>Thermosetting adhesives, which include epoxies, cannot be heated and resoftened after curing because they do crosslink upon curing. Elastomeric adhesives are based on isoprene rubber or synthetic polymers that combine both elasticity and toughness. Silicone is a typical example.</p>
