					<description><![CDATA[<p>1. Mission of Entertainment Kingdom Water Park</p>
<p>“Entertainment Kingdom Water Park” is one and only unique entertainment destination in western Odisha. The park has approximately 17 different water rides, Fine Dine and QSR restaurants, Street food Kiosk and Retails. Sambalpur and its nearby Class-C cities don’t have any entertainment destination yet and dependant on nearby states for entertainment. Historical records says, the nearby states aggregates a footfall of about 1.35 lakh in a year for water park enjoyment and 75% public travel from states for such entertainment. To make western Odisha an entertainment hub primarily with water park , Entertainment Kingdom Water Park is investing to entertain people of western Odisha and making Jharsuguda as central hub surrounded by 10 district head quarter within a vicinity of maximum 75 km radius.</p>
<p>Entertainment Kingdom Water Park is being developed in an area of 5 acres with well approached roads connected from city centre. The park is14kilometres from Burla city bus standand 16KM from Hirakud Railway station and 24 KM from Sambalpur Railway station. The location is very close to Burla , Sambalpur , Bargarh , Jharsuguda , Brajaraj Nagar and Rourkela.Sambalpur is well connected and central location of other district headquarters in western Odisha.</p>
<p>Entertainment Kingdom have futuristic plan to add more value added product to its core water park business:-</p>

3. Event and Celebration Parties<br />
4. Food Courts- Fine Dine and QSR<br />
5. Retail Merchandise</p>
<p>The above facilities will be provided adjacent to Water Park by adding some more land parcel to existing project. Entertainment Kingdom has approached to various land owners and will add land parcel phase wise to develop each business model in coming days.<br />
Entertainment Kingdom has approached local government bodies and has got approval for widening last mile road connectivity to Water Park. Presently, the village muddy motorable road will be developed by government to a full-fledged black top road for communication. There is a road that connect to national highway hence any bottleneck of traffic can be avoided.</p>
<p>Water Park mostly does business in two peak season in a year i.e. April to June and August to October. In off peak season water park area does other business like events. Entertainment Kingdom Water Park expecting doing business for all categories from Corporate to institutions and general public by its right way of marketing and business approach on print, digital and television media.</p>
<p>2. Vision &#38; Plan of Things</p>
<p>Entertainment Kingdom Water Park has a vision to develop best quality of service for visitors. We commit and develop best of Indian rides, well design restaurant with 360 degree approach, Change room building with lockers and wash rooms and finally retail outlet for renting and selling costumes at affordable rates. Entertainment Kingdom will go through walk-in and on-line booking through digital B2C and B2B business approach. The overall experience would be “Value for Money”.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Water is one of the most powerful tools a designer has to work with. People are drawn to it. It plays to all of our most basic emotions and it fills us with a gratification that exceeds the delight of the senses. The magic of water:- As landscape architects, water has always been an important element in our work. Whether it’s a reflecting pool at resort, the focus of a urban park or a splash fountain in a a playground or plaza, we like water’s ability to change the way people experience the places we create. Besides being peaceful and refreshing, water is also recreational – it is possibly the world’s first playground. Water is constantly changing in form, mood &#38; color. It is beautiful &#38; delightful. In our early work, we felt satisfaction when we saw people playing in our water features, even when they weren’t supposed to. From then on, it was a natural progression for us to start designing Waterparks, then to make it part of our core business and finally to become leading Waterpark innovators. Waterparks certainly have come of age, from a time in the late 1970s when pioneers like George Millay couldn’t get their ideas taken seriously, to today, when outdoor Waterparks dot the landscape and are regarded as must-have sister facilities to amusement parks. Indoor Waterparks, meanwhile, are popping up everywhere. Now, Waterparks are conquering a new frontier: destination resorts. A Waterpark or Waterpark is an amusement park that features water play areas, such as swimming pools, water slides, splash pads, spray grounds (water play grounds), lazy rivers, or other recreational bathing, swimming, and bare footing environments. Waterpark is more current states of development so be equipped with some type of artificial surfing or body boarding environment such as a wave pool or Flow Rider. Department of Tourism, Government of Assam, the agency responsible for promoting tourism in Assam has been at the forefront in attracting large number of tourists to the state. Being ranked as the fourth most popular destination for tourism among states of India, the number of tourists visiting Assam (both international and domestic) are increasing over the years. The State has decided to bring tourist activities under the priority sector and has come out with a host of new plans including inviting private companies to establish resorts and privatizing the managements of government guest houses. The Government has been actively creating infrastructure in tourist places so that entrepreneurs could open resorts, hotels, amusement parks etc. One of the major attractions offered to entrepreneurs was to make available government land in all places barring in Cities, at 20 percent of the market value for opening resorts/hotels and for carrying out tourist related activities. While a Waterpark can be either privately owned or municipally owned, success is often measured differently in the public versus the private sector. For municipally owned Waterparks, a successful park is defined as one that earns enough through revenues to cover the daily operating costs, provides a surplus to fund expansion, helps fund other facilities within the city’s parks and recreation system, and/or funds the repair costs of existing municipal pools. Park formats are broadly classified as amusement parks, theme parks and Waterparks. According to the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). Amusement Park:- An amusement park is a group of entertainment attractions, rides, foodservices and other events in a location for the enjoyment of large numbers of people. Eg. Fun n Food Village, New Delhi. Theme Park:- Integrated theme parks are urban, family-oriented entertainment destinations. These centers combine shopping and recreation with entertainment to provide a complete leisure and fun experience for the family. The combination of retail and entertainment facilities helps to draw people in and support the overall operations of the theme park. These parks, a specific type of amusement park, are usually much more intricately themed where attractions have a unique setting or rides with specific themes as compared to amusement parks. Eg. Adlabs Imagica, Mumbai. Waterpark:- A Waterpark attracts visitors by offering water-based activities. Eg. Water Kingdom, Mumbai. It can also form a part of an amusement/theme park where a separate section is usually dedicated to water activities. Difference between Amusement Park and Theme Park:- Amusement Park and Theme Park are terms for a group of rides and other entertainment attractions assembled for the purpose of entertaining large number of people. Amusement Park:- Amusement park is the generic term for a collection of rides and other entertainment attractions assembled for the purpose of entertaining a large group of people. An amusement park is more elaborate than a simple city park or playground, usually providing attractions meant to cater to adults, teenagers, and small children. An amusement park is a park that has rides, such as roller coasters, as well as other forms of entertainment. Most amusement parks have a fixed location, as compared to traveling funfairs and carnivals. Theme Park:- A theme park is a type of amusement park which has been built around one or more themes. These theme parks will usually be divided into different sections that use different elements to convey to visitors that they are in a specific place or time, or also to tell a unique story. Non-theme amusement park rides will usually have little in terms of theming or additional design elements while in a theme park all the rides go with the theme of the park. Today, the terms amusement parks and theme parks are often used interchangeably.</p>
