With LPG comes the need for Safety – and to ensure safety, Suraksha Products, after many years of R & D, had produced the first Suraksha LPG Hose, a steel wire re-inforced LPG Hose, far superior to the other LPG Hose in use. ‘Suraksha LPG Hose’ The three-layer construction with wire-braiding provides strength and durability apart from making it leak-proof. The wire braiding ensures that the LPG connection is safe even if rodents attack the hose. The outer-most layer of the hose is flame resistant, and does not develop cuts and cracks easily, which is the most common reason for leakages.

Being tough and ozone/weather-resistant, the ‘Suraksha LPG Rubber Hose’ has a serviceable life of a minimum of 5 years.

In terms of safety, durability and strength, no other Hose can match up to Suraksha LPG Hose rubber hose for liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) for a maximum working pressure of 2.5 MPa for Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 hoses and 1.0 MPa for Type 4 hoses at a maximum temperature of 65°C.

Type 1: Single or double braided or spirally lapped wire. Additional plies of either braided fabric or rubber may be applied immediately under or over the wire braids.

Type 2: Textile plies in cord, woven or braided form, together with two or more electrical bonding wires of corrosion and fatigue material.

Type 3: Textile plies in cord, woven or braided form, or metallic cord together with at least one helix of heavy steel wire embedded in the rubber.

Type 4: Wire reinforced hose for domestic/commercial installations
