Solar power plants use the sun’s rays to produce electricity. There is a tremendous demand of Solar power in India. Indian Govt is also promoting the plant to install this unit. There are three types of solar thermal power plants: 1) Parabolic troughs 2) Solar power tower 3) Solar pond. Solar Energy can be utilized for varied applications.
