WHEAT FLOUR MILL

India is ranked as the world’s largest producer of a number of agri-products including milk and dairy products and pulses .and the second largest producer of rice, wheat, sugar and cotton.

Based on the third advance estimates of the Indian Ministry of Agriculture announced on 12 May, 2009, the agricultural production during the 2008/9 crop year is summarized below –

•    Total food grain production estimated at 229.85 million tonnes (MT).
•    Wheat production at a record 77.63 MT.
•    Rice production at an all time record of 95.68 MT.
•    Pulses production is estimated at f 14.16 MT

The plant will have facility to produce, Maida, sooji,  Atta and bran.  These products will be sold as per the guidance issued for Food and Civil Supplies Department of the concerned state.

The same plant can be used to process other cereals such  as rice  gram,  dal  etc However, attempt is made  have  to  examine feasibility  and  profitability of processing  wheat  to  produce Maida, Suji, Atta and bran.
