Refund Policy

For Project Reports:
Payment made towards project reports are eligibale only if we receive your request within five days of the date of purchase. Order for which project report preperation has been started are not eligible for return and refund.

For eBooks:
Orders posted on https://projectreports.eiriindia.org are eligible for return and refund if you do not receive your eBooks by email. You need to check your INBOX and SPAM folder and whitelist email-ids eiri@eiriindia.org

When a refund is granted, we’ll remove access to the eBook and your money will be returned. To submit a refund request, please contact our help desk.

Re-Downloading
If an ebook becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can email us at eiri@eiriindia.org, we will arrange to resent PDF document by email attachement or downloadable URL.

Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse.
