					<description><![CDATA[<p>O-PVC PIPE MANUFACTURING PLANT<br />
[CODE NO.4134]</p>
<p>PVC-O, is axially stretched and radially stretched PVC pipe, so that the long-chain PVC molecules in the pipe are arranged in a biaxial direction to obtain a new PVC pipe with high strength, high toughness, high impact resistance and fatigue resistance.</p>
<p>Molecularly Oriented PVC is the result of reorganizing the amorphous structure of PVC-U into a layered structured, by a mechanical process, to provide unbeatable mechanical properties in a plastic pipe, such as: high impact resistance (almost unbreakable), high stiffness and fatigue resistance, excellent behaviour with external loads, elimination of crack propagation and maximum ductility.</p>
<p>This reorganization or alignment is done through an elongation of the plastic in special conditions that allow the molecules to rotate following the direction of the deformation. Although these molecular changes are not visible at macroscopic scale, it is fully appreciable with an electronic microscope. As it is a physical process, there is no change chemically, so, there is no significant change to the PVC formulation.</p>
<p>PVC-O pipes are the best choice for high pressure pipe (piping) to be used for water conveyance. The latest technology PVC-O pipes have considerable advantages over the conventional pipes such as Ductile Iron pipe and HDPE pipes. The PVC-O pipes are easy in handling and laying compared to DI pipes and HDPE pipes. No heavy machineries or welding is required. The manufacturing of PVC-O pipes is the most ecofriendly amongst all the high pressure pipe manufacturers. Finally, it’s a food grade, green product. PVC is an amorphous polymer in which the molecules are arranged randomly. Under certain conditions of pressure, temperature and speed, by stretching, it is possible to orient the polymer molecules in the same direction as which the material has been stretched. Depending on the various process parameters and mainly stretch ratio, a higher or lower orientation degree is obtained. The result is plastic with a layered structure. The molecular orientation converts the amorphous structure into a layered structure. The layered structure gives the pipes desirable qualities such as pipe pressure withstanding capacity, lower wall thickness, zero crack propagation, resistance to traction and fatigue, flexibility, excellent response to water hammer and high impact resistance. The pressure ratings available are PN12.5, PN16, PN20 and PN25. The pipes are manufactured as per BIS standard IS 16647:2017. Our pipes have been used for various lift irrigation projects, pressurised water conveyance and water infrastructure projects in various Government departments. The various advantages of plastic pipes such as non-corrosive and the strength of metal pipes is combined here in oriented PVC (PVC-O) pipes. We have all the required PVC-O fittings to support a PVC-O piping system. The various PVC-O fittings available include 45° Elbows, 22.5° Elbows, 11.25° Elbows, sliding coupler, reducer, etc. All types of fittings required for a project including Tees and Flanges are also supplied as per customer requirement. Molecular Orientation reduces the pipe wall thickness, giving a greater internal diameter and flow section. Also, the internal surface of PVC-O Pipes is extremely smooth, reducing load loss and making it more difficult for deposits to be formed on the inner wall. This leads to 15-40% more hydraulic capacity than other pipes with the same external diameter.<br />
The quality of fluid that flows through the pipes always remains unaltered, given that PVC-O material neither suffers corrosion nor migration within the pipes. It is considered as the best application for high-pressure water transport, particularly drinking water, for water supply networks. PVC-O Pipes are lighter and easier to handle than other pipes and, in most cases, does not require machinery even for higher dimensions. Smooth and thinner wall results in higher amount of water flow and upto 30% savings in electricity cost. There is a positive stand out in terms of cost, performance and installation speed compared to other pipes. Immune to Corrosion and natural chemicals as well as micro and macro organisms, CCAL PVC-O pipes are not degradable. Also, no special protection or coating is required, thereby saving cost. Pipes are easy to join and can be installed by semi – skilled workers. 100% water-tight joints are guaranteed and do not displace once installed. PVC-O is the best solution for medium and high-pressure water networks for irrigation systems, potable water supply and pumping systems, among other applications.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Chlorinated Poly (Vinyl Chloride) (CPVC) is a thermoplastic pipe and fitting material made with CPVC compounds meeting the requirements of ASTM Class 23447 as defined in ASTM Specification D1784. CPVC applications are for potable water distribution, corrosive fluid handling in industry, and fire suppression systems.</p>
<p>CPVC piping systems are:</p>

<p>Industrial CPVC pipe is manufactured by extrusion in sizes from ¼" to 12" diameter to Sch 40, Sch 80, and SDR (Standard Dimension Ratio) dimensions.</p>
<p>CPVC pipe for plumbing systems is manufactured by extrusion in sizes ¼" through 2" copper tube size (CTS) dimensions. The CTS plumbing products are made to copper tube outside diameter dimensions, in accordance with ASTM D2846 specifications, and have an SDR 11 wall thickness. The pressure ratings of the CTS SDR 11 systems are 400 psi (pounds per square inch) at 73 F and 100 psi at 180°F. CPVC plumbing pipe is sold in both straight lengths and (in small diameters) coils.</p>
<p>CPVC PIPES AND FITTING</p>
<p>These Pipes &#38; Fitting are intended for use in residential and commercial, hot and cold, potable water distribution systems. Pipes &#38; Fittings are produced from a speciality blend of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride material with unique physical properties desirable for piping application.</p>
<p>The compounds used for extrusion of the pipes meet the requirements of ASTM Class 23447 B as defined in ASTM Specification D1784. These pipes have a maximum service temperature upto 93°C and have a design stress of 2000 PSI.</p>
<p>The CPVC fittings are manufactured from compound material which meets all the requirement as per ASTM standard. CPVC pipes of Copper Tube Size (CTS) dimensions can also be applied to CPVC (IPS) dimensions by using IPS x CTS fitting. The CPVC pipes from 15 mm (1/2'') to 50 mm (2'') are also produced as per IS 15778 standard in both classes that is Class 1 (SDR 11) and Class 2 (SDR 13.5).</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">PVC (unplasticized polyvinylchloride) pipes and fittings exhibit excellent resistance to aggressive environments both naturally occurring and as a result of industrial activity. They are resistant to almost all types of corrosion, either chemical or electrochemical in nature. Since PVC is a non-conductor, galvanic and electro chemical effects do not occur in PVC pipes.</p>
<p>PVC Pipe and Fittings have got tremendous demand in India as well as in abroad. To manufacture this, all the machinery and raw materials are available indigenously.</p>
<p>SWR pipes also known as PVC SWR Pipes are available with one end as plain and other ends as self-socketed with an integral groove to hold the rubber gasket. When joined with a rubber ring, the joint formed is a water tight. This rubber ring joint takes care of thermal expansion/contraction in the pipes.</p>

Today, more PVC Pipes are being used than any other pipe product.</p>
<p>Characteristics</p>
<p>PVC is a thermosetting plastic. In other words, it can only be softened and molded into form once. If it is softened and remolded a second time it will lose some of it's favorable characteristics. Recently, 'Fuseable PVC' has come to market to compete with the fuseable properties of HDPE Pipe.</p>
<p>PVC is very corrosion resistant. It is not a conductor and will not have an electrochemical reaction with acids and bases that it comes in contact with. For this reason, PVC is sometimes used to coat other materials for protection.</p>
<p>PVC also has a high chemical resistance. While it will react with some chemicals, there are a large number of chemicals it will not react with, making it an excellent product for industrial applications.</p>
<p>PVC is not without it's faults. Studies have shown that UV radiation from sunlight not only discolors the pipe, but also reduces it's impact strength.</p>
<p>PVC Sizes</p>
<p>The deeper you delve into pipe sizing and nomenclature, the more confused you get. This is because as new materials have been developed over the years they tried to keep the outside diameter (OD) the same and adjust the inside diameter (ID) to meet the characteristics of the new material.</p>
<p>Most PVC Pipe uses the Nominal Pipe Size (NPS) system. The characteristics for NPS pipe under 14" in diameter have no logical explanation...data must be looked up on a chart.14" and larger NPS pipe has an outside diameter equal to the pipe size.</p>
