SWR PVC PIPE LINE

FROM 40MM,50MM,75MM,110MM,160MM,200MM AND 250 MM PIPES AND FITTINGS OF 75MM AND 110MM SIZES ONLY.AND CPVC PIPE  PRODUCTION LINE  UPTO 50 MM WITH COMPLETE FITTING COMPLETE LINE WITH INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES WITH MOULDS

There is a tremendous demand of SWR Pipes in India. SWR pipes also known as PVC SWR Pipes are available with one end as plain and other ends as self-socketed with an integral groove to hold the rubber gasket. When joined with a rubber ring, the joint formed is a water tight. This rubber ring joint takes care of thermal expansion/contraction in the pipes.

  • These Pipes are Lead Contaminant Free leading to superior quality
  • These Pipes is a fully backward integrated manufacturer with complete control of raw material used to generate unbeatable quality

CPVC pipes and fittings are made from the specialty plastic, chemically known as Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride [CPVCj. This CPVC compound meets cell class 23447 Bas defined by ASTM D1784 and have a design stress of 2000 PSI and a maximum service temperature upto 93’C. This system is suitable for water supply, water distribution and industrial applications. It is a safe, long-lasting and cost-effective solution for both hot and cold water usage.

The Indian pipes business has been growing rapidly since the past several years mainly due to increasing demand for pipes in the irrigation sector and construction industry. Among the several varieties of pipes (PVC/CPVC/SWR/Rigid/Agri/PE/PP) available in the market, the demand for plastic pipes such as PVC, CPVC in particular, is on a rise significantly due to (1) Gaining popularity of plastic pipes over traditional/GI pipes (2) Huge replacement demand (3) Flexibility in terms of transportation, less corrosive and long lasting life (25 years v/s 8-10 years of GI pipes) and lastly (4) Easy installation and competitive price in nature (20-25% cheaper over GI pipes). Other types of pipes, like steel pipes and ductile iron pipes also have major demand. Nationwide infrastructural development, urbanization, government’s focus on real estate, irrigation to drive the demand. Construction and agricultural growth has been identified as major factors facilitating the growth of the pipes industry in the country.

The use of plastics pipes and fittings in all regions of the world  continues  to grow with PVC representing over 60%  of  the plastic  pipe used. The cost performance benefits and decades  of successful  use make PVC the logical material of choice for  pipe applications  such  as  drainage,  sewage  drinking   water   and irrigation.

Within the PVC pipe market, lead based heat stabilizers  are still the most widely  used heat stabilizer accounting for nearly  50%  of  the worldwide volume. In fact, lead   based  stabilizers dominate  the  PVC stabilizer market in all  regions  except  the North  American,  where lead stabilizers were phased out  in  the 1970s  and tin stabilizers predominant. Within the Asian   region including   India,   China,  Japan  and  Australia   lead   based stabilizers  still  predominate but the move away from  lead  has accelerated.
